Sheronde Glover, Speaker, Strategist & Tennis Enthusiast – Sheronde is the CEO of The Business Practitioner and the creator of Business Women Love Tennis (BWLT). Sheronde is a high-energy speaker and creative thinker who loves helping individuals and organizations clarify their purpose and vision and set goals to take action for successful results.

Sheronde has over 15 years of diverse experience working with business owners, organizations, individuals, and communities in the areas of research, goal development, strategic planning, marketing and implementation strategies. Sheronde facilitates strategic planning and strategy sessions that build team and community commitment and provides technical assistance to support strategy implementation. As a speaker and trainer, Sheronde uses her naturally energetic personality along with real-life examples and experiences to create entertaining, informative talks that challenge, teach, inspire, motivate and move audiences to action.

Sheronde has a Masters degree in Education and a BA degree in Psychology from West Georgia College. She brings a wealth of experience, a genuine enthusiasm and a burst of energy to all that she does.


Amy  – Amy is the CEO of Agape Tennis Academy and has partnered with Business Women Love Tennis to serve as our official tennis instructor and mental toughness coach.

Amy has a real HEART (HONESTY • EXCELLENCE • ATTITUDE • RESPONSIBILITY • TEAMWORK) for bridging gaps and bringing people of all kind together through the sport of tennis. She is an amazing leader, business owner, and a true advocate for diversity and inclusion in all areas. 

After graduating with a degree in Sports Management, Amy immediately began teaching tennis full time.  She is certified by the USTA in Sports Science and High Performance Player Development.  Amy is also certified by the Human Performance Institute in Mental Toughness.

Amy currently manages DeKalb Tennis Center, the home of Agape Tennis Academy, a seventeen-court facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Amy manages a staff of twelve and hundreds of adult and junior players. In 2016, Agape Tennis Academy was voted Community Outreach Program of the Year by the Georgia Professional Tennis Association. In 2017, Amy was voted Tennis Director of the Year and Agape Tennis Academy was named 10 and Under Program of the Year by the Georgia Professional Tennis Association.
